Oreo Cup Cake
Ingredients:
- Boiling water 100 gms
- Caster sugar 300 gms
- Oil 200 ml
- Flour 200 gms
- Cocoa powder 75 gms
- Eggs 2
- Coffee 4 tsp
- Buttermilk 120 gms
- Baking powder 12/3 tsp
- Baking soda 2/3 tsp
- Salt 1/2 pinch
- Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
- Oreo ( crushed ) 50 gms
Butter cream :
Icing sugar                                 400 gms
Butter                                          300 gms
Cream                                         50 gms
Strawberry Essence 
and food colour. 
Instructions:
1: Let’s start by “Beat eggs , oil and sugar for 5 minutes” then add buttermilk and vanilla. 
2: Now sift flour , corn flour , baking soda 
and salt in a bowl. 
3: whisk cocoa powder and coffee in hot water. 
4: Add the flour mixture in oil , alternating 
with the cocoa mixture fold in Oreo ( crushed ). 
5: Now Bake at 155*C for 10-12 minutes. 
For Butter Cream:
1: Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy , then add cream and mix well. 
2: Flavour as needed and fold in the Oreo biscuits with a spatula.
